Liesel James Founder and Co-ordinator
Liesel James is the founder and main action woman at Creating Change. Inspired by seeing the massive impacts of nursing her daughter back to health by embracing nutrition and natural remedies, she started Creating Change with the objective of empowering children to understand and experience fully the benefits of a nutritious diet as well as how to grow food.
Liesel was one of three finalists in the Shoprite Women of the Year, Youth Movers category for her dedication and tireless contribution to childred in challenged communities.

Mzukisi Zele Permaculture Facilitator
Mzukisi Zele was born in the Eastern Cape and came to Cape Town 10 years ago. His garden back at home inspired him to continue to learn more about plants and he studied Permaculture Design and Facilitation at SEED.
Mzukisi worked with school children and communities in both Eastern and Western Cape since and is passionate about teaching communities and children how to grow food naturally.
Mzukisi is also the founder of Tyisa Nabanye NPO which has a community garden in Tamboerskloof training unemployed civilians in urban farming.
Mzukisi was sponsored in October 2014 to attend the International Slow Food Movement Converence in Italy.
