Community Youth Garden in Ocean View
Creating Change and its sponsors, Spur Foundation, Ward 61 Council and GCX Africa are proud to announce the creation of the first community youth garden in Ocean View. It will contribute to food security AND it links education and empowerment of the youth to grow their own organic nutritious food with the Creating Change Conscious Lifestyles Program, which is currently running in Ocean View and Desmond Tutu HIV Youth Centre. This EFFECTIVELY closes the loop and creates a GARDEN TO PLATE VALUE CHAIN.
